Ducati Panigale V4 2024 – The Pinnacle of Italian Engineering Excellence
Design & Aerodynamics
The Ducati Panigale V4 captivates with an aggressive yet elegant design that unmistakably showcases the brand's racing DNA. The aerodynamically optimized fairing design has been further refined, offering more stability at high speeds. The sharply defined lines, winglets, and precisely shaped air ducts optimize airflow and significantly enhance riding dynamics. The bike impresses with a striking LED headlight design, an ergonomically shaped seat, and perfect integration of all components. The iconic red paintwork gives the Panigale V4 its unmistakable Ducati DNA. Every detail of the design has been crafted to combine maximum performance with exceptional aesthetics—on the road and on the track.
Engine & Performance
At the heart of the Panigale V4 beats the revolutionary Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine with a displacement of 1,103 cc. Inspired by MotoGP technology, the V4 engine delivers an impressive 215.5 hp at 13,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 123.6 Nm at 9,500 rpm. The powerplant combines linear power delivery with ferocious acceleration, supported by highly advanced electronics. Thanks to the counter-rotating crankshaft principle, stability during acceleration is improved. Ride-by-wire technology, a comprehensive riding mode system, and the Ducati Quick Shift EVO 2 ensure excellent adaptability to varying riding conditions and maximize riding pleasure on any track. The engine isn’t just powerful, but also known for its precision and durability.
Chassis & Handling
The Ducati Panigale V4 is equipped with a high-end chassis designed for maximum precision and stability even under extreme conditions. At the front, an electronically controlled Öhlins NIX 30 fork (43 mm) works in combination with a semi-active Öhlins TTX36 rear shock—both managed by the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 system. The aluminum monocoque frame construction, paired with refined geometry, guarantees agile and responsive handling. The new balance between front and rear wheels ensures a neutral and confident feel, even at high cornering speeds. The chassis is so precisely tuned that even demanding riders on racetracks experience the highest level of control. Whether tight corners, rapid direction changes, or hard braking— the Panigale V4 handles every challenge with excellence.
Electronic Rider Assistance Systems
The Panigale V4 is outfitted with a state-of-the-art electronics package that offers riders the highest levels of safety, control, and performance. This includes Ducati Traction Control EVO 3, Wheelie Control EVO, Slide Control, Engine Brake Control EVO 2, as well as the new Power Modes system. In addition, the six-axis IMU system ensures precise real-time analysis of the bike’s dynamics. The integrated full-color TFT display provides an intuitive presentation of all performance parameters and is fully customizable. Bosch’s cornering ABS system enables safe braking even while leaning—a crucial safety feature for sporty riding. Whether novice or professional, the synergy of the assistance systems guarantees confidence, control, and maximum riding pleasure in every situation.
Ergonomics & Connectivity
The Ducati Panigale V4 sets new benchmarks in ergonomics and riding comfort—even in the racing domain. The optimized riding position, the more streamlined tank, and the new seat improve not only riding stability but also feedback from the motorcycle. Riders can better integrate themselves with the bike at high speeds, increasing aerodynamic efficiency. Another highlight is enhanced connectivity via the optionally available Ducati Multimedia System, which allows smartphone integration and navigation functions. The Riding Mode Interface enables lightning-fast system adjustments to suit different conditions. Hence, the Panigale V4 is not only a high-performance sport machine, but also a carefully conceived companion for ambitious riders who want to combine technology, comfort, and motorsport experience.
